The West Australian Region of the Australasian Hydrographic Society cordially invites all AHS members and guests to attend AHS WAR pre-AOG Technical Presentation to be held on

22nd February 2016 at the IBIS Hotel (Salt Function Room, 334 Murray Street) commencing at 18:00.

We are fortunate to have secured two presenters from Cathx & IxBlue and these talks will be of great interest to anyone involved in the hydrographic survey industry:

  • The developments of subsea laser technology and highlight some of the existing and upcoming applications of this technology - Adrian Boyle from Cathx
  • Selected sensors and software to enable highly accurate real world positioning of subsea point cloud data - Quentin Teo from IxBlue

Cathx Oceans & IxBlue have very kindly offered to be the drink and food sponsors for the evening.

Street parking is available on Murray Street or public parking in any of the nearby parking stations off Murray St.
