We live in the coastal margin and enjoy and endure the proximity of the sea to our homes, businesses and ports for our livelihood and wellbeing. The sea state and tides and depth of the sea impinge on our lives increasingly from the effects of climate change and natural events. We see changes to the Guidelines for Ports & Harbours and new technologies affecting how we work and gather and present our data. Maurice Perwick +64274351609
